INTRODUCTION
Internship program is important for students as they will apply the knowledge they learned in the industry and be able to integrate intellectual skills with live actions in real live, enhance critical thinking ability and communication.
The chief purpose of the Industrial Training website is to advance the projects and activities that have done during Internship Programme. A second purpose is to share work experiences with other students and lecturers. The website also towards digital creative technology. It reduce printing and paper usage and promote eco-green initiative.
ABOUT ME
Hidayat Azman
My name is Muhammad Hidayat bin Azman. I have undergone industrial training at Urban Scale Sdn. Bhd start from 12 October 2020 until 22 January 2021. I’m very talented, ambitious and hardworking individual and with broad skills in town planning and leading project. Furthermore, I am adept at handling multiple tasks on daily basic competently and working well under pressure.
I’m very good in software skills such as AutoCAD, Geographical Information System (GIS) which is ArcGIS, design software which is photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint. I also use a creative approach to problem solve. I able to use my skill during my industrial training. A key strength is communication; building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results.
The coursework that company gave to me is very relevant in academic purpose. But in realty of the working environment very difference. I have facing the challenge to handle with the time and client independently. I have also facing the challenge to meeting and consult with the Local Authorities. I accept the challenge to overcome this problem and trust that company give to me. To overcome this challenge, we must have good relation with co-worker, have a good in communication skills, hard work and eager to gain new knowledge.
NETWORK EXPERIENCE
Network Experiences is important to create a relationship between other people that influence career development. The Town Planning scope is wide, different network experience is important to ensure our career development will open wide. Beside, different practice have different opinion and solution about the future development in Malaysia.

We meet at SIA course at Plaza Vatz, KL. He is very friendly and shared the experiences and opinions about the current planning issue in Malaysia. He also gives some advice to me on how to be a dedicated town planner.

En. Marzuki is Senior Engineer at Jurutera Budiman. He is a hardworking and friendly person.
We working together for the development of Bukit Putri, Gelang Patah. He is very experienced in civil engineering.

Miss Jenelle Ang is an Engineer at AECOM. She is an expert with Environment solutions. She involved in many projects such as the River of Life, KL.
We meet at SIA course at Plaza Vatz KL. She also shares the experience for the making of river of life, KL.
IR. AMMAR MOHD RASHID

Ir. Ammar is Managing Director at AMR Environmental Sdn Bhd. He is an expert in Environment solution. They also provide Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), Environment Management Plan (EMP), Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) and other related to environment solution.

RANTAU PETRONAS MASTERPLAN
This masterplan development with 424.7 acres, introduce a green infrastructure network consisting of parks, Renewable plazas, tree lined streets, and various passive recreational facilities. The green network will provide visitors, workers, and residents with an appealing, thermally comfortable environment, multi-functional spaces for social gatherings, events, and activities; and create connections that link Rantau PETRONAS Redevelopment districts, amenities, and natural resources in the township
I'm also glad for this opportunity to take part in this project. I help town planner to give idea the Masterplan using photoshop and creating 3D modelling by using 3D printer
SELF REFLECTION
Fourteen (14) weeks at URBAN SCALE is the great experience to me. I have gain a thousand and one (1001) experiences in the short time. The environment at office between me and employer, between me and staff is very amazing. They are very closed to me and help me to finish the task. Our boss also have a good role model in office and show the good personality.
They give me the task relevant to the planning scope. They give me the trust to follow up the progress of the project, attend the meeting and express the idea. For the early internship i was feel a little disappointed because i cannot delivered the standard quality of the company.
I try to overcome this issues by always asking the staff and learn the skill from them. The skills was come by training and passion. I can provide the task that time given and delivered the good quality.
URBAN SCALE is the best place to student who want to try explore the planning industry and out from comfort zone. I say it because this company very detail about the quality of work. Besides, US also practice the quality of life and personal career development. If i have give the opportunity to work with this company i will ready for it.
